Four more people have been charged with the murder of a man in Burton and will appear before magistrates on Saturday.
Bartosz Ojeda-Rodriguez, aged 35, from Hunter Street in Burton; Stanislaw Czyz, aged 29, from Byrkley Street, Burton; Bartlomiej Bilas, aged 29, Blackpool Street, Burton and Andrzej Pawel Czyz, aged 31, from Byrkley Street, Burton, are all charged with the murder of Tomasz Bachta.
They are due before magistrates in Burton on Saturday.
Piotr Miezal, aged 33, from the Branston area of Burton, is also charged with murder. He appeared before magistrates today, Friday, where he was remanded in custody to appear at crown court on a future date.
A total of 13 people have been arrested in connection with the incident, which happened in All Saints Road on Wednesday morning.
The remaining eight have all been bailed, pending further inquiries.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing and Tomasz’ family are continuing to be supported by specially trained officers.
In a statement his partner, Magdalene Hycnar, said: “Everyone here, and his family in Poland, are devastated by the loss of Tomasz and we would appeal for anyone who has any information regarding his death to pick up the phone and contact the police.”
