Garden tool theft in Clifton Campville


 We received a call just after 3.30am this morning (30 September) reporting a burglary at a house in Clifton Campville, Tamworth.

Two offenders broke into the garage at the property in St Andrews Close and stole a Stihl leaf blower and Stihl hedge trimmer.

The home owner heard the offenders in the garage and disturbed them, causing them to run off. They got into a car which was parked further down the road and left.

The offenders were described as male, wearing hoods and face coverings.

Anyone with any information on the incident, or who is offered any items for sale in suspicious circumstances, is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 50 of 30 September.
