Report of a burglary received at 10.50am this morning (5 Oct) at an address in Eaves Lane, Bucknall.
Offender/s gained entry to outbuildings and stole equipment including a strimmer and fishing equipment.
Inspector Ian Hancock, Commander for Staffordshire Moorlands Local Policing Team (LPT), said: “It is essential that people keep their homes, vehicles, sheds and outbuildings ascure as possible at all times. Opportunist thieves can strike in seconds and we need to make it harder for them to commit crime.
“There are numerous security devices available to protect property and I would encourage people to register their valuables at www.immobilise.com.
“If you see, or hear anyone acting suspiciously in your community then please call us on 101.”
