APPEAL: Do you have any information on a robbery in South Staffordshire?


We’re appealing for witnesses after a delivery man was robbed at Hilton Services off the northbound M6.

The incident happened at around 5.40am on Sunday 4 October as the man was returning to his van. He was approached by a lone male who threatened him with a knife and demanded his van keys before making off in the van, a silver Mercedes Sprinter.

The van was located by colleagues from West Midlands Police in the Wolverhampton area on Sunday evening and a 48-year-old man from Wolverhampton, was arrested on suspicion of robbery. He remains on bail pending further inquiries.
