Report of a burglary received at 8.10am this morning at an address in Forsyte Road.
Offender/s had gained entry to secure garage and stole a Boardman bike and petrol strimmer.
Chief Inspector Rob Taylor, Commander for Stoke-on-Trent South Local Policing Team (LPT), said: “It is essential that people keep their homes, vehicles, sheds and outbuildings as secure as possible at all times. Opportunist thieves can strike in seconds and we need to make it harder for them to commit crime.
“There are numerous security devices available to protect property and I would encourage people to register their valuables at www.immobilise.com.
“If you see, or hear, anyone acting suspiciously in your community then please call us on 101.”
