NEWS: Two arrested after robbery in Stoke-on-Trent


We were called to a report of a robbery at Farmfoods in Edensor Road, Longton, at around 8.45am today, Thursday 22 October. It was report that two men had entered the store and threatened staff before stealing food items. Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident.

Officers attended and carried out a search of the surrounding area.

They located and arrested two Stoke-on-Trent men, aged 28 and 35. They have been taken into custody for questioning on suspicion of robbery.

Officers also recovered suspected stolen property.
