APPEAL: Did you speak to indecent exposure suspect?

We’re appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself in Stoke-on-Trent.

The incident happened at around 10.45am on Sunday 25 October in fields off James Brindley Way when a 21-year-old woman from Stoke-on-Trent was walking towards the new estate and the Chatterley Whitfield pub.

The woman noticed a male runner talking to a woman and a little girl who were walking three dogs. He then approached the victim and asked for directions before running off. However, he stopped a short distance away from her and exposed himself.

The suspect is described as white, aged in his mid 20s, about 5ft 8ins, thin build with muscly arms, short fair hair and blue eyes. He wore a white baggy vest top and blue knee length shorts.

Officers are keen to trace the woman who was seen speaking to the man. She was walking with a young girl and had a small black Staffordshire Bull Terrier type dog and a large grey dog. If this was you please get in touch.
