Tools stolen from outbuilding at Stretton nursing home


We received a report at 12.30pm yesterday (18 November) reporting a break-in at an outbuilding at a nursing home in Burton.

Between 3pm Tuesday afternoon and 8am yesterday morning offenders gained entry to the shed which is situated in the grounds of the Croft Nursing Home, Main Street, Stretton by cutting the padlock on the door.

Items stolen include maintenance and repair tools.

Anyone with any information on the incident, or who is offered any items for sale in suspicious circumstances, is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 282 of 18 November.
