Theft of tools from Tamworth construction site


We received a call at 8.30am this morning (2 December) reporting a break-in at a building site in Tamworth.

Between 4pm last night (Tues) and 7.45am this morning (Weds) offenders have gained entry to the locked and secured site on Tamworth Road, Kettlebrook, by unknown means.

A car jack was used to damage the padlock securing a locked compound and  items including steele saws, wacka plates and a Honda generator were stolen from inside.

Anyone with any information on the above incident is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 122 of 2 December.
