APPEAL: Did you witness a robbery in Blurton, Stoke-on-Trent?


We’re appealing for witnesses to a robbery which happened in the Pembridge Road area near Millpond at around 1.25pm on Wednesday 2 December.

The victim was approached by four to five males dressed in dark clothing with their faces covered. They assaulted the victim with baseball bats causing him to fall to the floor before they stole a 9-carat gold ring from him.

The victim, a 24-year-old man from Stoke-on-Trent, suffered head and facial injuries and was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital where he remains for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

One of the suspects is described as 5ft 9ins to 5ft 10ins tall with a stocky build. The other three/four were around 5ft 7ins and of medium build.
