Jewellery stolen in burglary in Sutton Coldfield


We received a call at 8.30am on 3 December reporting a burglary at a house in Sutton Coldfield.

Between 7.30am and 8.25am on Thursday morning offenders broke into a property in Roman Road by forcing a ground floor bathroom window. Numerous rooms were searched and items of jewellery stolen including watches, diamond jewellery and handbags. Offenders left by opening patio doors of master bedroom into the rear garden.

The occupants were still in the house at the time of the incident but were not aware of the break-in until offenders had left.

Anyone with any information on the incident, or who is offered any items for sale in suspicious circumstances, is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 124 of 3 December.
