Witness Appeal: South Staffordshire


Officers are appealing for information following a spate of incidents at golf clubs across South Staffordshire.

The first incident was reported just after 5am on Monday 7 December when offender/s broke into Swindon Golf Club, Blackhills, damaged golf buggies and drove them around the golf course, causing damage to grass. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 58 of December 7.

The second incident was reported at 8.30am on Tuesday 8 December when offender/s gained entry to Enville Golf Club, Stourbridge, spray painted golf buggies, drove and abandoned them nearby. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 98 of December 8.

The third incident was reported just before 11pm on Sunday 13 December when offender/s gained entry to Penn Golf Club, Penn Common, drove golf buggies around the golf course and caused damage to the buggies. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 743 of December 13.

The fourth incident was reported at 10.35am on Monday 14 December when offender/s drove golf buggies, abandoned them and stole their batteries at Kingswinford Golf Centre, Swindon Road. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 222 of December 14.
