A third person has been charged in connection with damage to a house in Goldenhill, Stoke-on-Trent last November.
Eileen Price, aged 48, of Kidsgrove Road, Stoke-on-Trent, is charged with conspiring to cause criminal damage with intent to endanger life and with conspiring to steal a vehicle, namely a 32 tonne skip loader.
She has been bailed to appear before magistrates at Newcastle on February 16.
Patrick Maughan, aged 36, from Penlake Lane in St Helens, Merseyside, and Thomas Maughan, aged 30, from Penlake Lane, St Helens, Merseyside, appeared before magistrates in Newcastle today, charged with conspiracy to cause criminal damage – recklessly endangering life. They are both further remanded in custody.
The charges relate to an incident in the early hours of November 5 when a house in Broadfield Road was damaged. Six vehicles parked in the road were also damaged. The occupants of the property were uninjured in the incident.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
