Officers from Cannock Local Policing Team (LPT) are appealing for information following the theft of two bikes from Rugeley.
On Saturday (30 January) between 2.30pm and 3.15pm offenders broke the locks from a bike rack, situated on the roof of a car parked in the car park at Birches Valley, and stole a Marin Mountfusion 5.8 mountain bike. The bike is described as having a white frame and black forks, with a black and blue saddle. (Incident number 515 of 30 January)
On the same day, at approximately 3.10pm offenders removed a black and orange Alpine full suspension mountain bike with orange stickers, from a secure bike rack on a car parked in the same car park. (Incident number 529 of 30 January)
Anyone with any information on the incidents is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting the relevant incident number given above.
