Unique hair products stolen in Newcastle

Officers are appealing for information following a burglary in Rookery, Stoke-on-Trent.

The incident occurred between midnight on 31 January (Sunday) and 9am on the morning of 1 February (Monday), when offenders gained entry to a secure site at a property in Alderhay Lane by damaging an electric fence, before breaking into a secure outbuilding.

Items stolen in the burglary include:

  • 2 small quad bikes
  • Silver apache 125cc quad bike
  • White Suzuki motorbike with a blue seat and stickers
  • Husqvarna strimmer
  • Orange Stihhl leaf blower
  • Chainsaw, hedge cutters, circular saw and 2 strimmers.

Also taken during the break-in is a range of hair care products of the make ‘TAHE’. This is a unique brand of products that are not widely available in the UK. Stolen items of this brand include :

  • 24 boxes of hair tints
  • 20 ‘s curl’ curling tongs
  • Shampoo

Anyone with any information on the incident, or is offered any such items for sale, is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 163 of 2 February.
